Chapter MK's 25th Birthday Celebration and Progressive Dinner

To celebrate the 25th Birthday of our chapter we had a progressive dinner.  Appetizers at Kathy's house, entrees at Bravo Italian Restaurant and dessert at Dawn's.  Thanks to everyone who helped with the planning and food preparation and to everyone who attended.  It was a fun celebration.

February Program--2 minute Chocolate Chip Cookie in a Cup

2 Minute Chocolate Chip Cookie in a Cup

1 T. Butter
2 T. firmly packed Brown Sugar
3 Drops of Vanilla Extract
Small Pinch of Salt
1 Egg Yolk
3 T. Flour
1 T. Chocolate Chips

Spray PAM in a cup or mug. Melt butter in that cup in the microwave for 30 seconds on High. Add sugar, vanilla and salt. Stir, then add the yolk and stir to combine. Add flour, then stir again. Add the chocolate chips, and give a final stir. Cook in microwave 40-60 seconds, start checking for doneness at 40 seconds. Mine takes 55 seconds.
